Pros

The people are very intelligent and genuinely nice. Projects can have you travel a lot around the world. They also paid overtime and offered plenty of time off.

Cons

Sometimes can be mundane/boring, pay was a bit lower than average, culture was standard office culture full of older people -- which sucks, low diversity

Pros

you get a paycheck, and the benefits were fair, alot of the coworkers I enjoyed working with on projects.

Cons

The company is too stuck on billability to the point they make you use your PTO for overhead or to park time for another job when there is not job number. I never did get reimbursed for 30 hours of my time. They actually expect 100 percent utilization which is unrealistic. When your busy you work 50 to 60 hours a week and can go a few years without taking a vacation. The work can just keep piling on regardless of staff considerations. There are no bonuses, and very little raises 2.5 to 3 percent max. The last year I was there I didnt get any raise and worked 50 plus hours a week. Many weeks i maxed my vacation and lost PTO time. Too many layers of management.
