      Big company, large size projects in water

      Cons

      lack of vision by senior executives, hire/fire approach, fighting among the top management for control over a sinking ship. Clients lost confidence in AECOM's ability to deliver. Major frequent cuts of excellent technical staff. This is an accounting company that does engineering on the side. Senior management are terrible in management and in the engineering side.

      OK benefits, and I really can't think of anything else

      Cons

      The best people leave or get fired. Only the dregs are left. I can't wait to leave. No holiday party anymore....they had a really big one when they were going public though!

      Rigid structure, unbalanced work loads, strong disconnect between employer and managements. Too top heavy. Job insecurity. Constant in and out due to layoffs.
