      Pros

      Flexible Work Schedule, Nice Work Environment, People can always get extra help, will pay for any association you are involved in that relates to the work.

      Cons

      Since going public, there has been an emphasis on cash and profitability. While understandable and even an industry trend, this emphasis isn't well received and adds to a negative connotation. Aecom spends a lot of time trying to figure out the right mix between business lines and geographic regions and I still don't believe they have found the right mix.
