The leadership of the business recognises the need for the business to change to suit the requirements of current and future clients and has a plan to get there. The level of communication from global executive leadership through to the ANZ leadership is as good as it can be with a strong emphasis on face to face communications wherever possible. The business still cares for its people.

Cons

The pace of change is high! It isn't a place for those looking for an easy life. Expectations are high and a dynamic environment is suited to everyone.

Lack of direction can lead to implementing change can be slow, In London high turnover of staff can be damaging to projects and profit margin to loss of resource, connections and relationships which leave when the staff leave.
