Pros
AECOM has a great culture, where individual contribution is recognized and appreciated. As a multi-national organization I have had the privilege of collaborating with colleagues from all over the world. The people who work for AECOM are passionate about both the organization and what it stands for.
Cons
Communication can be a bit too one sided at times with only good news being communicated internally about how well we are doing at everything. Of course in any environment this is never the case and more balanced communications internally would be useful.
