      Pros

      I've been with AECOM less than a year having previously worked for a very small company. AECOM's resources and commitment to staff are brilliant. My management team are supportive and committed to ensuring that I have everything I need to do a good job and give me the space I need to perform, therefore encouraging me to go above and beyond when the role calls for it quite happily. The team I work with are collaborative and hard working; they are also social, strengthening team spirit in non-work hours. I also find the company's commitment to CSR to be excellent. I would recommend AECOM in a heart beat.

      Cons

      Some of the other offices I interact with are still feeling the after effects of the mergers leaving a gentle frustration. However, the integration process is on going and I predict that this will continue to improve steadily as it has already been doing over the past year.
