      Pros

      alot of responsibility is placed on the employee. Lots of deadlines. Lots of opportunity to learn and try new things.

      Cons

      Poor salarys. No flexibility with holidays. Overworked. Very shareholder driven. Employees are very expendable. Have whitnessed once 12 employees quit at once.

      Pros

      the people - from the legacy company, who were here when we got bought up

      Cons

      have turned engineers into accountants; incredibly beuracratic; upper managment has no integrity; spend millions on internal PR, but don't support the people on the ground in any meaningful way; have spent millions buying up companies, then drive the best talent away by tormenting them to deliver numbers above all else; what managment says and what they do is a complete contradiction.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to grow professionally. Opportunities for project work are available nationally and internationally. Salary and benefits are typically very good. Stable organization.

      Cons

      Not many downsides. Following the merger of the legacy companies, there was a lot more corporate bureaucracy and procedures imposed. May be stifling to senior-level professionals accustomed to discretionary lattitude.
