      Collegiate environment, recognition based on performance not years of experience. Market leading, great projects. You have a range of career paths, including local or global.

      Cons

      size means its going to be tough to know everyone in your office. There has been a lot of change which can make it tough to keep track of systems etc

      It is a great company to work for. You get to meet and work with many knowlegable professionals on many state of the art and interesting projects. The company offers plenty of opportunities to work in a variety of environments.

      On a downside, the company that has been growing at a very fast pace creating many changes and challenges, that as an employee, one must deal with.
