Pros

Salary: Offers an attractive compensation package Benefits: Room for improvement Work Environment: The team I’m part of is the best I’ve experienced in my career Work Arrangement: Hybrid Adaptability to External Factors: The company prioritizes employee safety by allowing flexibility during severe weather conditions, such as typhoons or flooding, including the option to work from home

Cons

Employee Feedback: The organization encourages employee feedback, though there may be opportunities to further align actions with the common themes raised. Work Arrangement: There has been a recent increase in in-office days, even as employees have shown strong productivity while working from home. Adaptability to External Factors: While maintaining operational needs, there may be room to consider external factors such as rising fuel and transportation costs, particularly in relation to the current in-office requirements and support provided.

Pros

Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

Cons

Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
