Pros

Good flexibility with hours, plenty of support to put you through training , above average pay, team was supportive and helpful.

Cons

Not the best variety of work, get's a bit repetitive. Working from home most of the time, that may vary between the different teams/disciplines, however. You are able to go in to office if you wish but the majority of people don't, so made it bit harder to get to know the team.
