Pros

Good pay and benefits. Peers and co-workers are generally good technically and work as a team.

Cons

Corporate Management lives in it's own box. Most managers above office managers are out of touch with employees. There does appear to be a "good ole boy" mentality with management. Most decisions seem to be made based on Wall Street consultants recommendations that tend to burden the rank and file and reduce their productivity.

The benefit package was great, and the pay was decent.

Cons

They didn't care about the employees, from what I could tell. They had people come from the headquarters, and we all basically hid from them when they were in town, because people would get fired or whatever for the most random things. It was a very high stress position.
