-Get to work on amazing and complex projects across the country
-Get to learn and expand technical and practical skills
-Get exposed to the field to see the projects you work on
Cons
-Work environment is bad. Everyone abuses the WFM.
-Sink or float environment from some managers
-Lack of communication/mentorship
- great way to get experience in the industry
- super friendly co workers, great social gatherings and amazing office located close to cbd and spark arena
- amazing projects to be a part of, got hands on experience and even was allowed full autonomy of my work (no micromanaging)
Cons
- sometimes there is very little to do so you often sit around trying to kill time
- can be hard to meet people and interact with them. I was there during covid so it was even harder to do this.
- sometimes your manager can be very busy and forget to catch up with you
