Pros
Plenty of learning oppurtunities, being in contact with various Clients across the US, learning more about the Software side of the service as well as through the clients view. Helpful colleagues, good work environment, challenging but not overbearing work.
Cons
The only issue for me was since it was an American company, and I was working remotely from Turkey, was that the timing was not sustainable as work would start late in the day and end very late in the night. It was adversely affecting my health, routine and general quality of life. Besides the hours, I was very happy with the company and I believe I can safely say they were happy with me also.

Pros
The best part about working at AEFIS (besides the dogs that live here) is the work environment. We all work hard and want to strive to do our best but that doesn't make the office quiet and tense. We love to joke and listen to music and really enjoy each other. All employees support each other as well as we support our clients. Another great thing about working here is the being in a company that is growing rapidly. There is never a dull moment and to help play a part in the exponential growth is really exciting!
Cons
Because of the growth, there are a lot of things going on. One must work really hard to keep track of all of the tasks and things that need to be done. Someone who works here will never sit down at their desk and not have something to do. It's not really a con but it is something to be aware of!
