Pros

Not many if any. Supposedly discounts on tickets though i've never seen any offered. You get paid to watch shows, (kind of).

Cons

Disorganized High expectations for fast food pay Management staff is mostly unqualified. Employees constantly jumping ship. Uniform room is a mess. Changing room is packed with people fighting over lockers. Have ridiculous schedule requirements for a part time event based job. Need to claim availability for 70% of the shows. Want you to wait in line to pick up and drop off uniform so they don't have to pay you for the time you are wasting. Break room is a joke- The break system is even more ridiculous. Made it so it's borderline impossible to have the Islanders return but you can watch a D-list basketball team. Preys on desperation of job seekers. Only take a job here if you're struggling financially and enjoy stress.

Pros

Cool projects, developed new design skills, learned how to turn things out quickly

Cons

Quickly burned out from turn-and-burn production house structure. Lacked autonomy in projects, management has no process or desire for process, and does not support employees growth and development.
