      The obvious things about working in the entertainment and sports industry.

      Cons

      1. Inexperienced upper-level management makes things difficult 2. Experienced techs are jumping ship 3. No communication between upper management and the workers. 4. Experienced engineers have no respect for the top management. 5. Almost every employee is looking for another job, even if it pays less... 6. Yes, it's that bad.

      Great opportunity to work on some amazing events

      Cons

      Management are awful. No communication with Staff, Low wages, Management encourage competitiveness and back stabbing. Hardly any free tickets to gigs. High turnover.
