      Fun job... Backstabbing company

      Friendly people Get to watch the show (in some areas of the business) Great for students

      Cons

      Stupidly long hours for long periods of time (can sometimes get to 37 hours in 2 days) Company are extremely back stabbing and drop bomb shells, most of which lead to people seeking employment elsewhere (not good when trying to feed a family) Zero hour contacts Met some of the most unprofessional members of management within the company! Company runs on a "it's not what you know but who you know" ethic when employing Crazy high turnover of staff

      - Great benefits package for full-time employees - Consistant perks/ discounts for company-sponsored concerts and sporting events - Consistantly new, exciting & challenging work

      Cons

      - Extremely long hours lead to high employee burnout/ turnover rates - Most positions don't offer industry competitive pay - Poor work/life balance - Poor communication from upper management
