      Pros

      Fun atmosphere depending on function and role in the company. Little communication between business units but is something the company has been working at and slowly is improving on.

      Cons

      Not much transparency as it relates to the company's direction.

      Pros

      Great exposure to the live entertainment industry. Long hours but that is to be expected with the unsociable hours of The O2.

      Cons

      Very political. Promotions are given to friends of friends, and often not to hardworkers. Senior management far too profit-based and do not care about the smaller pools of workers. You will be disciplined if something is done wrong, but if something is done excellently, no one will mention anything.

      Pros

      Excellent experience for anyone aspiring to be a buyer. A lot of opportunity to learn about buying in the sports industry, including vendor meetings, purchase orders and assisting in the retail store.

      Cons

      No downsides. Learned a lot and the team was extremely helpful in any questions I had.
