This company provides good benefits to their employees. They have special events from time to time to recognize their employees as well. Also good work and life balance

Cons

Company politics. People talking behind others backs and saying whatever they want. Hints of racism noticed from certain co-workers who seem ignorant and biased in spite of company’s efforts to create more inclusive environment for people of all races.
