Everyone is great to work with on the global partnership side, the type of people you can have a drink with after work and enjoy talking and spending a lot of time together if you work in the sports and music sides. Every day is usually something different given the nature of the business, which allows for more creativity and not feeling a mundane corporate job

Cons

The pay really isn't exceptional unless you can negotiate and stay for a while
