The people, management was trusting and allowed you to work independently without interjecting. Overall best work experience and I miss it!

Cons

Unions contracts were difficult. Long hours but long fun hours...not really a con for me. I can't think of any worthy cons its a wonderful company.

Name recognition because the company was sued for Michael Jackson's death which, ultimately, is not a good thing.

Cons

Unscrupulous company. Poor management. No ethics hence the multiple lawsuits.
