      Pros

      Great Company And Culture. Interesting Venue. Corporate Culture is unique. Small Industry so not for someone who has baggage to bring to work.

      Cons

      Lots and Lots Of Work. Sometimes at very odd hours. Very young workforce. If you are middle aged, you might have trouble keeping up. This company moves fast. If you are asleep at the switch for even a minute, you are done.

      Pros

      They offer a great package of benefits for all employees. Pay scale is fair but not generous. There are a few great upper level executives.

      Cons

      Manager's sole concern is the bottom line. Developing talent and managing people are not their strengths. Internal corporate politics destroy all morale.

      - Entertainment industry is a great place to be. Great to know we're giving people a reason to cheer! - Organization is stable financially. This is a place where you can be long term - Building relationships here is a great time

      Mandatory Return to Office. More flexibility with PTO.
