      Pros

      This is only for the "Concerts West" company, NOT AEG as a whole. - Work-life balance was good - Pay is higher than LiveNation for the same role - Get free passes to shows like Coachella & other shows if you know/ask the right people

      Cons

      - Senior/Upper management is CLUELESS - Super high turnover rate at Concerts West as people leave once they figure out what the company is really like. Since I have been there, there 3 employees all left due to poor upper management. - They truly don't care if you leave and don't care to mentor you and help you grow as a professional - Aboustuly no accountability from upper management and CEO's - Stay clear from "Concerts West" - COO is extremely Frugal and won't ever give you a raise.

      Other coworkers outside of accounting seem nice and professional. You get free sports tickets to their suites..

      Cons

      I had the unfortunate experience of working with the corporate accounting department at AEG in Staples/Crypto Center. This review is solely about the accounting dept and does not speak to other parts of the company. The director, controller, and assistant controller are the most condescending, stuck up, toxic A types you’ll ever meet. I’ve gotten screamed at over Teams, snide emails for asking questions, thrown under the bus…just avoid working with them at all costs. They have worked there for years and will plan to stay until they retire, so you will come across during the hiring process. The accounting dept also happens to be all Asian, so. -1 star for lack of diversity.

      Lots of overtime opportunities available. You get to be inside the arena for some amazing events!

      Cons

      Very politically correct and woke driven. Company needs to concentrate on promoting the best person for the job instead of virtue signaling.
