Flexible Schedule You choose what days/events you would like to work You can pick up shifts on short notice They don't give you a hard time about canceling shifts/leaving early/ coming late Very family oriented They have events for staff Room for growth/advancement Ability to work at different venues

Cons

There are a few times I have worked 16+ hour shifts, but they've never been forced.

Pros

Great people and access to incredible events. Developed far more of an employee focus in my time with interesting working groups and nice perks with summer afternoons off, flexible working etc. Strong leadership.

Cons

Long hours and some hard commutes. High pressure to deliver targets, but to be expected.
