Steady promotions, inclusion, competitive pay, bonuses for salaried employees, travel, diverse staff, moderate payed time off and family leave benefits. Employer health and insurance plans will contribute to cost based on variable salaries. This helps out immensely for lower paying positions.

Cons

5 day in-office work week for offices. Most often it is hard to connect with staff directly as the corporation is vast and global. Shifts politics and regimes often as it stays competitive in the market. Global digital services have transitioned to a strict bureaucracy now that the political landscape has shifted from US to Europe oversight. Sub-par health and insurance plans.

Pros

Having a love for Entertainment and Customer Service makes this a great job. I was fortunate to work along side fun and energetic people.

Cons

Hours were inconsistent and not just in my department. Turn over was extremely high and management displayed a lot of immaturity when handling employee concerns.
