- no room for growth - management seems to actively spend time and effort to discourage promoting from within - works through employees like a meat grinder - overall toxic environment when asking for assistance or feedback from higher ups - higher ups dismissive of complaints. also will gaslight and make you feel bad for asking for anything (ex promotion despite doing the job of many people because high turnover, assistance with workload) - "you should be grateful you even have this job" mentality - low pay for the field
