      Pros

      The team environment at AEG was really communicative and open. They tried their best when it came to keeping folks during the Pandemic. The perks of working with an entertainment company run long.

      Cons

      The leadership has gone through some major changes, not all for the better.

      Lots of events to work and get to see. Great experience within meetings, and feedback from your manager.

      Cons

      Repetitive work every day. If you want to do well in sales, you gotta do both warm/cold calls in order to bring in clients. Best way to get promoted.
