      Pros

      You get to work in a fast working environment. And the wages meet performance quality.

      Cons

      It's event based and you have to earn time, by being absolutely available when called.

      Pros

      Management was flexible and attentive. You can't beat being able to enjoy the awesome events that are hosted at AEG venues.

      Cons

      There is pretty much no opportunity for advancement. Working for them was decent for a college job, but there is a noticeable hierarchy and there were competent people who had been working for them for many years who had not advanced. Pay was pretty low.

      Pros

      I get paid to watch lots of cool shows. Most employees are nice. I've learned better communication skills and have encountered people from all walks of life.

      Cons

      Some guests are extremely rude, but supervisors help you out. Not a lot of hours unless you ask for them or pick up shifts online. Parking can be a hassle.
