Great Benefits, Ability to move around to different parts of company

Cons

They've been doing "Reductions in Force" (lay-offs) annually for the past 5 years or so. Only to replace them quickly following that. The one I was caught in was when they committed to reducing expenses ($1B) in 2016 & 2017.

The company is not so focused on customer service as before too many scripts to read like a bank less travel experience.
