The training is long enough so that when you are ready to go live you don't sound like you are a brand new employee

If you work in the call center you are micro managed.

Pros

they have some incentive for healthy living, the 401K is pretty good.

Cons

They are always cutting jobs and adding more work to other people. They last several years have been horrible with displaying people. The raises are not good at all and no cost of living for the last 15 years. Only 1-2 person in the group can get a high rating everyone else can only be average or below and someone always has to be a below.
