The men and women I deployed with.

Cons

Many. Management lives and works in an Echo Chamber. Where they tell each other how great they are, but never listen to the employees. Place is being run by immature adults. Management is dominated by "Groupthink" where they ignore employee emails and then maneuver schedules and benefits to hook up their "own." If you're not in their clique, or boy's club you're done. Through referral programs, there are some really solid guys and gals coming to the deployed teams that bring other solid guys and gals but I think the poor management is starting to kick in and destroy this trend. The word on the street is starting to get out, and soon they will lack all of the "street cred" that some worked hard to build. Management's myopic views will destroy the culture.

In an effort to be more responsive to problems as they arise we have implemented 30-60-90 day phone calls from Talent Acquisition to check in on you and see how your experience has been and gain feedback. We have also implemented biannual check ins with management so that your voice can be heard. We know we aren't perfect, but we are a culture of individuals who are encouraged to fail mindfully, and correct our mistakes as we go along.

The people are amazing. Aevex Aerospace attracts, develops, and retains the very best talent. Love that I feel comfortable asking questions and feel my suggestions are valued. Everyone I have met has been very professional and proactive as we continue to collaborate together to deliver exceptional results during these difficult times. I truly love my job and my assigned responsibilities.

Cons

So much about the Coronavirus (Covid-19) is outside of our control. Other than this I have no complaints.

Was a good schedule and good pay.

Cons

The business unit in NC is out of touch and current PMs are absolutely terrible. PMs are all friends and promoting people with no business in leadership roles. The place has been run into the ground by awful people.
