      Great coworkers. You will learn a lot. Interesting projects in Aviation/Aerospace On-site CNC machine and prototyping capabilities Work very closely to the people building your designs Many opportunities to get hands-on with aircraft

      Projects/contracts come in waves, it can be very busy at times and slower at other times

      When not deployed, you are really underpaid for the job back stateside. Hardly any overtime allowed

      Thank you for your feedback. One of the challenges of contracted work is that we can't fully control pay rates. We aggressively advocate for increases on contracts when appropriate and incorporate market data into any new proposals. This dynamic is industry-wide and not unique to AEVEX.
