      Pros

      This positioned with Aevex has allowed my work experience to shine across the board. Coming in with x amount of time of field experience with this platform has demonstrated a positive role amongst the teams and sections that are in need of assistance of subject matter expertise. The work schedule has been amazing, professional time management, with core hours being the necessary it allows for any steady routine of work requirements and personal life. Teleworking has been the greatest part of my job, working at this capacity for over a year and still contributing on a professional level and also growing and learning.

      Great capabilities and some really great people working hard

      Cons

      CEO surronded by enablers. Nepotism he thinks we don't see, continuing to pay for incompetent family and friends and pushing competent people out who think and talk different. Existing work is drying up and senior leaders already shifting blame for lack of new contracts
