      The commute was short comparatively.

      Maintenance management was incompetent. The pay was below average for the area.

      Pros

      This leadership team genuinely cares about the people and their well-being. The company is growing, which naturally brings some changes, but it’s clear that these are made with the entire org in mind and for the betterment of everyone. The culture here is modern, thoughtful, and far from the cookie-cutter approach you see elsewhere. Work-life balance is respected, and the education benefit is a huge plus—I feel fully supported in my professional development.

      Cons

      Growth comes with adjustments, but it’s a positive sign of where the company is heading.
