Pros

The people are happy and appear to produce consistent, quality work throughout the company, management is very empowering/hands-off, the benefits are excellent and the growth potential ceiling is nearly unlimited.

Cons

The specific product training is lacking a bit, but not terrible.

Pros

Growing company with lots of room for advancement. Self motivated, just get it done peronalities do well here. Overall good benifits and good location in Duncan, SC with several factories with in a few miles. Company is full of potential, if it can establish common goals, objectives and policies within its manufacturing facilities.

Cons

There is a lack of global manufacturing systems and goals. It's every man for himself, everyone has there own set of goals, if at the end of the day the numbers say everything is good then it is. If they say things are not good, the fire drills begin and knee jerk reactions are eveywhere. Policies are not enforced equally through out the plants and departments.
