Piece rate work can be very lucrative when it's busy, just make sure you are willing to put in the work. Company phone, Computer and Vehicle provided which is a great perk

Cons

Workflow fluctuates depending on if you are in a high populated area and other departments are up to date on their build deadlines. When theirs no work, there's no money. Lots of work = Lots of money.
