Pros

-good pay for little to no experience -going home early and getting paid for a full day very frequently(sometimes as little as 6 hours). -easy work 90% of the time

Cons

-management will not tell you if your job is in jeopardy(laid off from coronavirus) but we were told that everything was okay and we would be back to work shortly -hard to move up in the company

Pros

Independent work, company vehicle/gas, opportunity to make good money

Cons

Piece rate pay means sometimes getting paid $40 for 3 hours of work, not enough training, very 'sink or swim' approach to onboarding.
