      Management is very understanding and values your technical skills and experience. Work schedule is flexible. You could be working hybrid or remote depending on your job function. Benefits package is decent.

      Pros

      I've worked in the automotive industry my whole career here in the Upstate. If I'd known that AFL was this great of a place to work, my career in automotive would have been a lot shorter. I can honestly say, it's the best company that I've ever worked for so far. The hiring and onboarding process was seamless and efficient. The department indoctrination and training plan was well organized and enabled me to come up to speed quickly. My upper management is attentive and actively seeks my input. The benefits are awesome as well. I would absolutely recommend AFL to anyone considering employment here. Love this place!

      Cons

      Lot's of technical projects/machine upgrades and it's difficult to find technician and engineering level talent in the local area.
