Pros

In the department that I work in, there's no micro management, but will eagerly give guidance and assistance when requested.

Cons

Potential negative is due to rapid expansion there seems to be a shortage of people at times which can cause personnel to have multiple managers.

Pros

I have felt like a part of the team since day 1. The environment has given me the time i've needed to learn a new industry without constant pressure to produce before I am equipped with the proper training and knowledge needed.

Cons

Limited office time currently (due to COVID) has slowed down my onboarding. This is not particularly an AFL problem (rather that they are being responsible about exposure), but ideally more interaction would be beneficial.
