Pros

There is a good, collaborative atmosphere here where women are in technical and leadership roles. There is opportunity for good, hard working people to shine and to advance.

Cons

Probably not the best paying company in the big scheme of things, but the benefits and environment make up for that in my opinion.

Pros

The company has a great culture. Lots of changes have happened in the past year and things continue to move in the right direction. Very excited to see the company grow and continuously improve!

Cons

No one knows who the company is, but hopefully that will change in the future. We wear the band and face of our client with pride, which hasn't given us the opportunity to become a household name.

Pros

Great place do work. The company is growing and there is plenty of room for growth. A place were you can really make a career.

Cons

Product training can be overwhelming at times with all the different variety of items AFL has to offer. Some jobs can become tedious
