Pros

Literally one of the best companies to work for anywhere. First class management ...... room for exceptional growth for individuals starting their careers. Full suite of products to sell ......... excellent benefits...... again a world class organization

Cons

None really ...... Japanese owned company ....... however this is not a drawback as they instill a great work life balance.

Pros

Good pay if you are good at your job, lots of opportunity for extra work. Mostly working by yourself so no one is ever bothering you. I enjoy the schedule as well, it is a rotational based schedule so sometimes you will get 6 days off in a row which is really nice.

Cons

Management does bare minimum to help, usually will only care if it benefits them. They like to continue to add more work for you to do for same pay. They say there is room to move up, but this is generally not true. If you do get the chance it usually comes with a significant pay cut at first.
