Pros

good benefits, work from home capabilities

Cons

directors are rude and insensitive. dictatorship like attitude towards employees. very misogynistic and disrespectful towards females of lower rankings. talk down to coworkers in meetings, both private meetings and team meetings. create gossip and defame character of other workers. worst directors ive ever worked with. made feel guilty for deciding to leave company. HR does the opposite of being HR, rather they gossip and create tension between team members. movement within the company is near impossible
