Lack of training - You spend only one day of learning the layout of the premises and all protocols before starting your regular shifts. Accountability Imbalance - Some employees are seemingly held accountable while others aren't. Attire - I will never understand why security jobs require you to wear constrictive clothing.

Upper mgmt asks for employee’s opinions but ultimately doesn’t really care what employees have to say. Pay raises are small. Big company pretending to be a people-first company. Everyone is stressed out.
