Pros

I personally love working for AFS. I love how easy going and yet well driven the company is. HR always holds fun events throughout the year and allows casual or dress-down days during summer or due to weather. They are very accommodating with how flexible they are with PTO and sick days. I have never been happier with a job before.

Cons

I do not have any negatives
