Good technology...some jewels on the rough

Cons

DO NOT work here....average term of employment is only 6 months. Entire sales team turned over in 6 months, losing some very valuable long term employees. No clear market strategy and direction. Product releases are 6 yo 9 months late. No senior leadership...current CEO is a bully...his way or now way and there is no loyalty in the company.

Lot of smart people from acquired companies who are great to work with and trying very hard Decent compensation and benefits

Cons

This company acquired different software companies without any road-map to integrate. Company has no clear direction. Employees are treated with contempt and disdain.
