Former CEO was horrible, lack of integration strategy of a bunch of disparate dated solutions

Where do I start...all reports about the (now prior) CEO being a tyrant and borderline racist are accurate. He was recently let go and everyone assumed the plethora of internal problems would leave with him. But that has not been the case...leadership's incompetence borders on criminal, and rather than celebrate success they prefer to find the negative in EVERYTHING. Turnover is constant, because everyone is miserable working in such a toxic environment...in my two years, the entire sales staff was replaced twice. THE ENTIRE SALES STAFF. I know for a fact that many of the salespeople have had to sue AFS for their commissions too, because they refused to pay. In once instance the CFO actually laughed about this practice, saying he enjoys daring a salesperson to jump through legal hoops to get his/her money.
