Pros

Free healthcare, high salary, if you are pretentious and work close with C-level execs you MAY succeed, but most have nervous breakdowns prior.

Cons

No direction. Work performed is criticized with an odd and unwarranted negativity. Petty workplace attitude by allllll.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.

Pros

Competitive benefits and salaries in a nice area for shopping and eating. Office is clean and employee friendly. Has a good core of long term employees.

Cons

Software is very unstable, Management changes strategy almost weekly. Lots of people have worked there for a while and left for better jobs.
