Pros

The agriculture industry and the products and services offered by AGI are important. The teams at the office have great workers with important ideas to collaborate amongst the groups.

Cons

Too much turnover and constant changes in management. In 2 years I didn't receive a review or a growth plan for my position.

Pros

Pay was competitive. Facility was new and nice.

Cons

Leadership was inept and completely out of touch with customers' needs. Former CEO was fired, which helped, but much of the damage was done. Company tried to act like a VC-funded startup using shareholder money. Not a good way to operate as a public company.
