      Pros

      Great pay with bonus plan, when things are going well.

      Cons

      1099, Driving to Kalamazoo or Detroit a few times a week without gas reimbursement. Owner is a micro manager and has unreasonable expectations. Emailed me when I was out of the country on my honeymoon telling me to respond to the email.

      Pros

      Hire people with unique back ground difficulties, such as an ex-felon, etc... Very flexable schedules.

      Cons

      100 percent Scientology philosophy, R.L. Hubbard saying cover the walls, and its LOUD, so its difficult to hear while on the phone, and clients are wondering what al the noise is about. Lots of hoopla.
