Pros
Great work/life balance. Good starting pay if you negotiate, but as others say, there is no raise. Fun environment if you are in the right crowd. Yearly company trip.
Cons
They believe they are enterprise level, but are stuck in a small business mindset. Everything is about upfront cost, and not long term gain. Benefits package mediocre at best. Managers/Directors have no real power, and tend to give reasonable promises that fizzle out due to lack of money. Heavy office politics coupled with people that constantly hide their lack of knowledge and daily work, which leads to backstabbing.
