Smaller company, so benefits aren't quite as good as a larger company. Overall, I feel that my compensation more than makes up for that though.
I would say that this company/role is for professionals who are HUNGRY to improve themselves, who work hard to achieve their goals, and who want to bring their A game every day. If that is who you are, than then AHEAD can absolutely help you accelerate your growth.
I read some other reviews that said that things are disorganized, or that there aren't opportunities for growth. My experience so far has been the opposite, but I am used to this sort of work. Project Management and flow here are typical for this sort of work. All my PM's so far have been solid. Access to whatever projects/teammates I need to meet my personal learning goals has been fantastic.
